Every VÖLT Pro 3K is the same five-layer architecture, built in our Stockholm workshop and pressure-cured for 8 hours. The materials change how the racket feels. The order they're laid in changes how it plays.

3K Carbon Twill Face
Three-strand carbon yarn woven at high density. Snaps back faster than 12K weaves, transferring 14% more energy into the ball without ringing the wrist.

Fiberglass Diffusion Layer
A 0.4 mm fiberglass cap diffuses impact across the entire face. The sweet spot grows; off-center hits stop punishing.

EVA Honeycomb Core
Soft black EVA in a hex cell structure. Absorbs the brunt of impact and gives it back on the rebound — the racket that holds energy until you ask for it.

Inner Carbon Mirror
A symmetrical 3K layer on the inner face balances the bend curve. Both sides of the racket play identically — no dead side.

Cold-Forged 6061 Rim
Anodized aluminum frame survives 50,000+ cage impacts in lab testing. Holds its geometry season after season.
